A Live workshop! The focus is on functional vision with lecture and hands-on training.  To help understand visual motor, visual perceptual skills, visual perceptual-motor integration skills, we must comprehend vision. 

Learning Objectives: Following this course, participants will:  

-Developmental vision milestone (From early intervention age children)
-Developmental vision milestones (From early intervention age children)
-Understanding the visual process in all areas including: eye movements, binocular vision and visual perceptual skills
Screening strategies to identify functional vision disorders in children
-How to integrate developmental vision concepts into your treatment protocol
-The specific vision problems often seen with special needs children such as CP, DS, ADHD, ASD and LD
-Supportive strategies for the classroom
-Specific vision activities which may be considered for children with visual perceptual difficulties
-The role Vision plays as part of the total Sensory Motor System
